This Action Point, prepared by the UITP Bus Committee, is being published together with the Policy Brief ‘Net-Zero Mobility: Social Considerations for Limiting Private Vehicle Access’, prepared by the UITP Transport and Urban Life Committee. The aim is to provide inspiration and confidence to practitioners to work towards the ‘Shift’ and especially ‘Improve’ phases within the Avoid-Shift-Improve framework presented in the aforementioned Policy Brief.
